1) Accepted Payment Methods

Droplogistica Store accepts secure online payments through:

  • PayPal

  • Stripe (supports major credit/debit cards)

All payments are processed through these third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

2) When You’re Charged

Your payment is authorized and charged at checkout when you place an order successfully.
If your payment fails or is declined, the order will not be confirmed.

3) Currency

All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your bank uses a different currency, the final amount may vary due to exchange rates or bank fees.

4) Payment Security

We take payment security seriously:

  • Transactions are handled via PayPal/Stripe secure systems

  • Data is encrypted during transmission where supported by the provider

  • We only receive confirmation details needed to process your order (not your full card number)

5) Taxes

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, tax is not included and may be applied depending on your location and applicable laws.

6) Failed, Pending, or Reversed Payments

  • If a payment is pending (common with PayPal eCheck), your order may stay on hold until it clears.

  • If a payment is reversed/charged back, the order may be paused, canceled, or flagged for review.

7) Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe). Processing time depends on the provider and your bank.

8) Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious. If that happens, we’ll contact you using the email provided at checkout.
