1) Where We Ship

Droplogistica Store ships to U.S. customers using reliable carriers and tracked delivery whenever available.

2) Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order
    This is a single fixed shipping fee, regardless of the number of items in the order (unless stated otherwise at checkout).

3) Tax Policy

  • Sales Tax: 0% (No tax charged)
    We do not add sales tax at checkout.

4) Order Cutoff Time

  • Daily cutoff: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT)
    Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT will be treated as placed on the next business day.

5) Processing Time (Preparation Time)

  • Order processing time: 2–3 business days
    This is the time we need to confirm your order, prepare items, and hand off to the shipping carrier.

6) Shipping Time (Transit Time)

  • Estimated shipping time: 8–9 business days
    This is the carrier delivery timeframe after the package is shipped.

7) Total Delivery Time

  • Estimated total delivery time: 10–12 business days
    This total includes processing (2–3 days) + shipping (8–9 days).

Note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, and address issues can impact timing.

8) Tracking Information

If tracking is available, we will email you a tracking link once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

9) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If a package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping may require an additional fee.

10) Delays & Exceptions

Delays can happen due to:

  • Holidays and peak shipping periods

  • Weather disruptions

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Remote area deliveries
